GSO OIML R85-1&2:2008 Scope
This GULF standard prescribes the metrological and technical requirements
and test procedures for automatic level gauges for measuring the level of liquid
in stationary storage tanks, at atmospheric pressure or under pressure and with
or without cooling or heating.
Tank level measurements may be used in conjunction with tank calibration
tables for the determination of liquid volume received from, delivered to or
contained in stationary storage tanks
