Course Objectives:
Understand the fundamental principles of a food safety management system as well as principles, processes and techniques used for the assessment and control of food safety hazards.
· Understand HACCP methodology and planning according to Codex Alimentarius.
· Learn the implementation practices and records required for ISO22000:2018 compliance, through detailed explanation of standards clauses and sub clauses and explaining the changes compared to the previous ISO 22000:2005 standard.
· Understand the principles of prerequisite programs establishment, maintenance and monitoring.
· Explain the purpose, content and interrelationship of ISO22000:2018, HACCP& ISO9001:2015 and implementation of PDCA cycle.
· Prepare and advice their organization before a third party/ customer assessment.

Course Outlines:
This is a ISO 22000:2018 Transition Training Course. The objective of this Course is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills needed to design and implement food safety management system based on ISO 22000:2018 standard.
Course Training Methods:
This intensive three-day course includes lectures and workshops, making use of real-life case studies. Course success is measured through attendance and continues assessments of participants.
