Project Scope
The
requirements of disclosing allergens in food menus served to consumers outside
of homes. This technical regulation includes any electronic food ordering
platforms contracted with the food establishment. Also, it includes any food
being displayed to be sold to consumers outside of home.
1.1 تختص هذه المواصفة بالإفصاح عن المكونات المسببة للحساسية في قائمة وجبات المنشآت الغذائية التي تقدم الطعام للمستهلك خارج المنزل.
2.1 تنطبق هذه المواصفة على جميع المنشآت الغذائية التي تقدم الطعام خارج المنزل، مثل (المطاعم والمقاهي ومحلات الآيس كريم والمخابز والحلويات والكافتيريا، والمطاعم والمقاهي والمخابز الموجودة بداخل المتاجر والسوبر ماركت والمنتزهات الترفيهية، وفي الكليات والجامعات والجهات الحكومية).
